FORMULA:
Each 1 g contains:
clotrimazole 10 mg
sulfate neomycin 4 mg
dexamethasone 21
phosphate 4 mg
excipient q.s. 1 g.
INDICATIONS:
DEXTRIMAZOL is indicated in dermatitis occurring with secondary bacterial infection and who respond to treatment with corticosteroids, as well as dermatitis complicated by infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts, molds and other fungi in dogs.
DOSE:
Canines: Apply 2 to 3 times a day. We recommend washing the affected part, dry gently and apply a thin layer of DEXTRIMAZOL with a light massage. The duration of treatment and interval between doses vary according to the case report and recommendation to treat veterinarian.
ADMINISTRATION: Topical.
WARNING:
Do not prolong or stop suddenly treatment prescribed by a veterinarian. Avoid direct eye contact.Do not use in animals with renal impairment or in pregnant females. Take special care in animals under 30 days old and nursing homes. It should not be applied in future periods to surgery or vaccinations. After missing the signs, it is recommended to continue treatment for a complete recovery using formulations that do not contain corticosteroids.
